With around 100 permanent employees, most of whom have been with our group of companies for years, we are established nationwide in Germany. Currently, we employ six trainees in various business areas.

Our trainees not only learn the required content but also have the opportunity to discover and develop their strengths in a variety of directions. Training at Otterbach combines learning in professional, social, and communicative competencies and forms the foundation for a successful career in the media industry.
